CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle hands-on healing method that releases tensions deep within the body to relieve pain and dysfunction. It is a whole body therapy where the therapist works on most areas of the body. The patient is fully dressed the whole time. CranioSacral is named for the fluid that is in the spinal column that runs from the Cranium to the Sacrum. The rhythm can be felt all over the body and a CranioSacral therapist can feel that rhythm and help it to run smoother, which helps the body to run more efficiently and improves the body's health and performance. CranioSacral is a very relaxing therapy, as it directly involves the neurological system and helps to bring peace and balance to the body.

After spending about 10 years in Massage Therapy, Amy discovered the deep healing ability of CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and pursued continuing education in it. Amy then spent the following 10 years learning and practicing CST and Massage Therapy. She closed her space Summer of 2022 and stopped practicing Massage Therapy to focus on CST
After spending about 10 years in Massage Therapy, Amy discovered the deep healing ability of CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and pursued continuing education in it. Amy then spent the following 10 years learning and practicing CST and Massage Therapy. She closed her space Summer of 2022 and stopped practicing Massage Therapy to focus on CST as a traveling therapist. It has been the most fulfilling experience for her, as she loves the therapy and loves working with people to provide them with healing and relief they are needing!
